Fall 2022 Advanced Appellate Advocacy Case File

I wrote this case file for the Fall 2022 “edition” of my Advanced Appellate Advocacy course, which focuses on federal appellate procedure. The case was specifically written to be argued in the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, which lacked “mandatory authority” on the issue presented as of November 1, 2022.
